Call for help
A real-time "call for help" facility is available on all sections of the site, which instantly sends an alert to all moderators who are on duty. Moderators receive the call along with information on where the Habbo in trouble is, and a record of the last five minutes of conversations within that room.

All other email queries are answered within 24 hours.
