The Executive Penguin and the Musketeer Penguin are rich! They have managed to sell their South Pole land to an Unspecified Real Estate Firm. They are also looking to purchase the Hotel and transform it into their new home.

Hotel Manager, CrestHawk, is concerned to say the least. "If Habbo gets sold to the penguins, where are we going to go?"

The penguins have shown their concern too as mentioned to the Hotel Manager that the South Pole is getting too warm.
