Well, Harold Camping has done it once again. He predicted that the rapture (end of the world) was coming. May 21 was supposed to mark the beginning of the end. But seeing that many of us, if not all, are still alive and kickin’, it’s plain to see that Camping was wrong once again.
This was not the first time he predicted wrong, oh no, he did it back in 1992. He predicted the world would end in 1994, even stating that nobody could know the precise day or hour. Back then his excuse was a miscalculation. I wonder what his excuse will be this time... Maybe he’ll say that aliens abducted him, and made him say that prediction.
Really I feel sorry for those who gave money to him, actually believing that the world would come to an end on May 21. Many of those people left everything behind, and now are left with nothing.
Mr. Camping however, at a ripe ol’ age of 89 now has millions of dollars due to this prediction. Let’s see what his next prediction will be... Maybe it’ll be on what Lady Gaga will wear next.
